Cooling tower:

• Material: Solid zinc coated steel plates, plastic coated as option.
• 3 phase powered centrifugal ventilator.
• Water supply through plastic piping and sprinklers produce a water distribution over a large surface area onto the condenser elements.
• Cleaning and maintenance through a maintenance manhole.

Water supply tank:

• Material: Stainless steel.
• Made to measure tanks according to specification and space available.
• Mounting unit for the pump, tank assembly and electrical controls.
• Level monitoring and automatic water supply.

Pumps:

• Powerful cooling tower and consumer pump mounted on tank.
• Flow monitoring in conjunction with the electrical controls.
• Pumps chosen according to individual situations and the respective demands.

Electrical system and controls:

• Overload protection for pumps and ventilator motor.
• Electrical controls in a closed (IP54), shockproof switchbox (DIN/VDE 0113) wired in a safe circuit system according to respective norms.

Extra options available:

• Ventilator motor with commutable poles controlled over a thermostat to provide an automatically adjusted cooling output.
• Noise damping.
• Backup pump system.
• Water sludge and water treatment units.
