autotherm conditioning systems for test cells: Highly accurate control of temperature, flow and pressure

autotherm conditioning systems specialise in the precise control of temperature, flow and pressure of liquid media such as water, ethylene glycol-based coolants, technical oils or brines.

Our conditioning systems are mainly used in automotive testing to supply various test specimens such as electric car batteries, gearboxes, engines and power electronics, with defined flow rates and temperatures via a heat transfer medium.

Working principle

autotherm conditioning systems supply closed, semi-open or open test specimen circuits with the specified temperature and flow values without exceeding the maximum pressure.

Heating is mainly electric, while cooling is provided by an integrated compression refrigeration machine or heat exchangers.

All system components required for operation are integrated into a single assembly and coordinated with each other to meet the highest requirements for control accuracy and dynamics.

  • Heating capacity: 3 to 144 kW
